Tonic collects no data. None.

All practice progress is stored locally on your device — in the app on your phone, or in your browser on this site — and never leaves it, unless you explicitly export a backup yourself. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

This website serves static pages and the trainer's own files. It sets no cookies and sends nothing you do back to a server, with one opt-in exception: if you create a sync code, your practice-progress document (question counts and strengths, nothing identifying) is stored under that random code so your other devices can load it. The code is the only key; "Forget this code" deletes the copy.
